The Canon MAXIFY MB5120’s 8.8 cm (3.5-inch) TFT color touchscreen enables intuitive use of the print, scan, copy and fax functions. In addition to the high paper capacity of up to 250 pages and a document feeder for up to 50 sheets, the multifunction system offers automatic two-sided printing and support for numerous print media – from A4 plain paper to envelopes and photo paper to copying of two-sided ID cards – so all print jobs in the Office edited quickly and easily. Among other things, it is characterized by the support of mobile devices, a black and white print speed of up to 24 ISO pages/minute (BW) and numerous functions for network integration. The fully-fledged printer, scanner, copier including fax machine is specially designed for the home office, where high black and white and color print quality with low page costs is required. The marker- and abrasion-resistant DRHD inks ensure deep blacks, vivid colors and crisp text. The A4 print speed of the Canon MAXIFY MB5120 printer models is up to 24 ISO pages in black and 15.5 ISO pages in colour, with the first page out in just around 6 seconds (FCOT). Double-sided scanning enables even faster scanning of the templates. The black ink allows you to print up to 2,500 ISO pages and the color inks up to 1,500 pages – so it works to change the ink has to be interrupted less often. The optionally available multi-pack with four colors makes printing even more cost-efficient. Support for Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint (iOS), Mopria and the Canon PRINT app enables easy printing and scanning from mobile devices. You can print directly from the cloud and save scanned documents directly to a cloud service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, OneNote, OneDrive and Concur. A mobile device can be connected directly to the multifunction system via the access point mode – a WLAN network is not required for this.

Installation procedure on Windows: The printer requires the Canon MAXIFY MB5120 Driver and software files. Download the driver and connect the USB cable from the printer to your computer. Then follow the instructions on how to install the printer driver in the installation window.
Installation procedure on macOS: Download the file and mount the disk image (if available). When you open the installer file in the folder, the installation will start automatically. When you’re done, connect your printer and you’re ready to use your Canon MAXIFY MB5120 printer.
