Even though it is packaged for minimalist needs, Canon still provides more facilities for its users by placing several collage applications and unique templates to help users complete their creative activities. Especially if you remember that this device can also be used to print photos and color images. This printer has no embedded wireless facilities. However, to complete the data transfer function, users can take advantage of the USB 2.0 port which is claimed to have high transmission. In fact, once the user plugs USB 2.0 media into the Canon PIXMA MG2420, this printer will activate automatically for printing needs.

Installation procedure on Windows: The printer requires the Canon PIXMA MG2420 Driver and software files. Download the driver and connect the USB cable from the printer to your computer. Then follow the instructions on how to install the printer driver in the installation window.
