Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6000S delivers prints with a wide color gamut, excellent color expression, superior reproduction of dark areas, minimal grain and good gloss characteristics. The highly innovative chassis structure provides an extremely strong frame that keeps the print head at a precise distance from the media, enabling reliable, highly accurate, high-frequency printing. The dual roll unit allows for an additional roll of paper to be inserted or can act as a receiving unit for printed output. Prints are received either with the printed surface inside or with the printed surface on the outside. The fully integrated 8-color print head of this series enables even faster printing with exceptional print quality. Compact in size (3.25 cm (1.28”) wide), it allows efficient, high-precision and homogeneous ink ejection. The printer features an L-COA PRO processing engine design. This processing engine combines the latest and most advanced Canon image manipulation algorithms with an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) developed for processing high-resolution images and high-volume data and thus offers Optimal print quality at high speed. The symmetrical arrangement of the four main colors (C, M, Y, K) improves the print head, providing a good balance between high quality and printing speed. Quality posters can be produced twice as fast as with 8-color models in the imagePROGRAF series. Colors are reproduced consistently across all print jobs, compensating for any variation due to differences between printers or changes over time. The software included with the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6000S supports a wide range of advanced and large-format printing solutions, with features to optimize the efficiency of printing environments. Additionally, the software is cross-platform compatible, supporting both Windows and Apple Macintosh.
