Photo printing on photo paper looks very attractive, text therefore looks sharp and is printed in a rich black. In terms of resolution, the printer achieves a maximum of 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. In addition to the print function, this device also has a copy and scan function. The scanning result is definitely better than a photo with a smartphone. There is no automatic document feeder. But that’s okay for a device for the home office. The integrated copier with document copy, photocopy, 2-in-1 copy and borderless copy is also part of the function selection. Thanks to the built-in WLAN module, you can connect the Canon PIXMA HOME TS5060 wirelessly to the router if you wish. For example, images can be taken directly from smartphones and tablets. The WPS button has proven to be very practical when connecting to a WLAN router. However, it is important that the WiFi signal is at least 70% strong – permanently. The WLAN router should therefore ideally be in the same room as the Canon printer. Otherwise, the device can also be connected via USB.
